Painting Exercises

I recently began recreating photo-portraits in order to practice digital color mixing and composition. The Saudi man and the girl with glasses were both taken from photographs, however I recently painted the pilot using no photo reference to stretch my abilities. I must admit he took longer than the previous two. Expect to see more of these exercises in the near future.
